“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brianna who supported me throughout my pregnancy and helped make my dream birth a reality! I am beyond grateful for the care, compassion, knowledge, and dedication she showed me every step of the way.

Brianna cared for me throughout my pregnancy until 36 weeks, when I needed to transition to a traditional OB while continuing dual care to achieve my VBA2C (vaginal birth after two C-sections). Having a team that supported my goals, believed in me, and helped me navigate that journey meant more to me than words can express. I will forever be grateful for the role she played in helping make the birth experience I had dreamed of possible.

Her care did not stop at delivery, either. Her postpartum support has been just as incredible. She is so knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate, with an amazing bedside manner that makes you feel genuinely heard, respected, and cared for. She is truly parent-choice friendly, providing evidence-based information and support without judgment while empowering you to make the decisions that are best for you and your family.

One of the things I appreciate most is how she reminds you that you do not have to do everything alone, that asking for help is okay, and that you deserve to be cared for, too, as you navigate this new season of parenthood. That reassurance is invaluable during such a vulnerable and transformative time.

If you are looking for a midwife who will listen to you, respect your choices, support your birth goals, and continue to care for you beyond pregnancy, I cannot recommend her enough. She has made such a lasting impact on my birth experience and postpartum journey, and I will always be thankful for that. ❤️”

“Our home birth was short and sweet, but our intention, support, and unwavering trust with Bri at Génnisi, Home Birth Collective, was strong and consistent throughout our entire pregnancy and after.

Having a holistic approach toward birth and leading with intuition was something I felt in my bones, but didn't yet believe to be true until meeting and learning with our team, Bri and Chelsey.

I will forever relive the hug I felt with Bri when she arrived at my birth. The moment when the weight lifted and tears streamed from my eyes as I surrendered into Bri's embrace at my door when she came, only an hour before our baby was born. My body knew it was time, even though my mind had to be convinced. That hug held such a beautiful surrender to birth that came swiftly and intuitively with her guidance.

Her reassurance and guidance came again when my mind needed convincing moments before I pushed. I couldn’t believe birth could come so beautifully and quickly. I remember making eye contact with Bri and asking, 'Can this be it?' and she confidently reassured me that 'it is.' Hearing those words settled my heart and assured my body that it was time to meet my baby only moments after.

The uniqueness of this birth was that Bri and I were learning together - a first home birth for my family and her first home birth as a midwife - and that is irreplaceable.

Many times I remember looking at and smiling with my husband throughout our family appointments, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a beautiful sense of calmness and reassurance, recalling the words 'there is a whole new world' away from Western medicine that is innate, beautiful, and feels so right to us.

We leaned in especially deep with Bri and our team because we chose in our hearts to keep our plan private from our loved ones, as we had not experienced it before and couldn't speak to it until we had. We knew it was something we wholeheartedly wanted and didn't want to be persuaded or convinced otherwise. Every appointment was intentional, personalized, filled with knowledge, resources, and a relationship built that was completely tailored to us.

We together held tight to our hopes and dreams for birth and pregnancy, knowing that Bri was handpicked by us with trust from the start. Such trust that only Bri knew the gender of our baby; we had entrusted her with our ultrasound, which held the gender, and both names we had loved, one for a girl and one for a boy. We asked if she could pick out the embroidered blanket that matched the gender and name of our baby.
Bri did it without question and gave it to us on our day of birth, another special moment from our journey together.

Bri was the strong guidance for our intimate story and baby that brought such a sense of familiarity and comfort the whole way through, that without, we just wouldn't have known who would have been a part of our birth story or our day. So, though labor came and went quickly, it has forever been surrounded with such power, trust, instinct, and a village since day one, thanks to Bri.”

“I’m so thankful to Bri for everything she provided during my pregnancy and successful home birth after cesarean. She was graciously on-call for me for extra long as I went over 42 weeks and was so positive and encouraging during those last, long weeks of waiting. She knew exactly what I needed through a long, tough labor and was such a calm and confident presence. After our baby arrived she made sure I was nourished and my house was clean. Also very thankful that she was just a call/text away during the early postpartum weeks. Every mama deserves a provider like Bri 🤍”
